Michaelerplatz - Herrengasse - SchauflergasseA famous square in Vienna, the former Royal Palace "Hofburg" is situated there. You see the building on the corner? Yes, it's the Café Griensteidl - now. But many years before it was a bank office and I used to work there!
The horse cars in Vienna are called "Fiaker" and a guided tour in such car is very nice!

Hello Vera, this is a pretty picture. I would love to take a ride in that horse cart. That's something I've never done. The building you used to work in is very pretty. So many photos that you take of Vienna are of such beautiful buildings. America just isn't that old, and most of our buildings are boring. But of course I'm sure there are many exceptions.
