In the 57th minute of the film "The Third Man" Harry appears in the doorway at Schreyvogelgasse 8 on the Mölker Bastei (the door far right)

I Remember that! And a little Kitty was curled around his feet! It was his girlfriend's cat, and she'd said that it didn't like anyone but Harry! So the unknowing cat was giving Harry's location away by mewing at his feet. That piece of the film was photographed at night, with a slant of dark which Harry was hiding in, and a slant of light from the street light. All you could see of Harry was his shoes and the cat. Then Harry put his face into the light, and that began a wild chase through town until he was caught. A very interesting movie. I'll enjoy it even more next time I see it, and remember this photo you've shared. Thank you, Vera. Vienna is so beautiful, every one of your photos is like art! They're just babies yet, but they will grow! / Yes, I remember this scene very well. I have a good memory for films, and the way they're shot and lighted and so on, because I have an artist's eye for such things. Hello Dear Vera. Thank you for visiting my new christian blog. I'm wanting to post some of my best writing there, and then have the blog published into a book form, so I can have a permanent copy. I will look up more about it, but I can get it done very reasonably and order as many copies as I want. I'm going to try to work on it this winter. I've been doing well lately. I've taken my health into my own hands, and since February, I've cut back my pills that I take each day from 50 a day, to 15 a day!!! And I'm doing very well. All my tests show improvements! God is healing me, I know it. He wants me to do this ministry work for him, and he will make me strong enough to do it! I love you Vera! Keep in touch some way if you can. Take care, Carol Jean~ :)
